Meet Anja.
My Story
For more than 20 years, I worked in the German film industry—and I loved it. The long hours, the fast pace, the creative collaboration—it all energized me.
But that lifestyle left little room for rest, self-care, or reflection. I was constantly “on,” living from one project to the next. Slowing down wasn’t even on my radar.
Then, in 2018, everything changed. I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Recovery forced me to pause for the first time in decades. And in that stillness, I realized how disconnected I had become from my body, my emotions, and what I truly needed.
I had been living for work, for others, for expectations—but not for myself. I promised that from then on, I would stop postponing joy and start living more intentionally.
In 2020, my husband and I moved to the beautiful seacoast of Maine. Surrounded by nature, I began to unwind years of tension and pressure. Long walks on the beach with my dog, yoga by the ocean, and moments of quiet presence became part of my healing—and my way back to myself.
It was during that time of reconnection that the vision for my work became clear: to help others who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected find their way back too.
I founded Saltairspirit to support people who are tired of overthinking, living with fear, or carrying the weight of the past. As a certified coach, I guide clients through transformational self-exploration, helping them identify their triggers, let go of limiting beliefs, and move forward with calm clarity, in the 12 Awareness Keys by Daniela Hess Grant@GreatEnergy
Using a combination of somatic mindfulness, trauma-informed meditation, and vocal sound healing, I create a safe space for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom—and start creating a life that feels authentic, grounded, and easeful.
