Free Vision Board Class - online
If you’re feeling ready to leave the past year behind and start the new one with more clarity, I’d love to invite you to this free online Vision Board class.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to gently let go of what no longer feels aligned - the stress, the expectations, or anything you don’t want to carry forward. This helps you arrive fully in the present before thinking about what you want next.
From there, I’ll guide you step by step through how I create vision boards in a grounded, realistic way:
How to get clear on what you truly want (not what you think you should want)
How to create a vision board using magazines, online tools, or whatever you have at home
How to choose images and words that actually resonate with you
How to use your vision board as a gentle reminder throughout the year, without pressure
You don’t need to be creative or experienced - just curious and open.
You can join with a notebook, some magazines, or your computer.
You’ll leave with a vision board that reflects you and a clearer sense of direction for the year ahead.
