What This Workshop Is About

We often carry unfinished emotions, regrets, and self-judgment from one year into the next-without realizing how much they shape our decisions and drain our energy. This workshop creates the space to gently let go of what no longer serves you, reconnect with your core values, and create a vision for the year ahead that feels aligned, realistic, and meaningful.

You’ll be guided step by step through a process that helps you:

We begin by slowing down and arriving fully in the present moment. Through a calming guided meditation, you’ll reflect on the past year—acknowledging both challenges and successes-while releasing what no longer needs to come with you. This creates emotional space for new clarity and possibility.

🖊 Reflection & Journaling
With thoughtful prompts, you’ll explore:

  • What held you back last year (without blame or judgment)

  • What you learned and did well

  • What you’re ready to leave behind
    You’ll even be invited to write a “thank-you letter” to the past year-honoring your growth, resilience, and experiences in a way that feels meaningful to you.

🧭 Discover Your Core Values
Your values are your inner compass. When you’re clear on them, decisions become easier and goals feel more fulfilling. You’ll identify your top 3–5 core values and explore how to honor them more intentionally in your daily life.

✨ Setting Intentions That Feel True
Instead of focusing only on outcomes, we’ll explore who you want to be in the year ahead. Through journaling and a guided visualization, you’ll imagine a day in your ideal year-how you feel, how you move through your day, and how your values show up in real life.
