Come experience a silent, meditative walk through the woods to the York River with certified life coach and meditation teacher Anja Schneider of Salt Air Spirit. Take a pause from everyday life, slow down your nervous system, and enjoy the wonder around you as you relax and unwind in a silent group setting.
Expect to walk about a mile on mostly flat trails. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. This program is rain or shine! It is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
